How can I fix this issue and install Workstation 16? I've even gone back and tried to reinstall the version of Workstation Pro 12 I have and it's throwing similar errors looking for a different named disk. I went ahead and purchased Pro 16 so I could get the 30 day purchase support but I can't open a ticket in Customer Ticket because it's not recognizing my product purchase or letting me add my license key to my account. When I run the installer, first it tells me I have to update to Windows v 20H1 when I am running 21H2, then it opens a dialog box requesting the location of a 'tools-linux' disk that I don't have and when I hit cancel, it throws an error saying 'The older version of VMWare Workstation cannot be removed. I had a licensed version of Workstation 12 some years back which is no longer functional or showing on my computer and was trying to install the trial version of Workstation Pro 16 to see about purchasing it.
